National Trends and Services

Eliminate disparities by reducing barriers to services through education, advocacy and service; and, require all National Trends and Services (NTS) programs be aligned to strategic priorities for the Eastern Area. Chapters need to develop structural frameworks that have performance – based outcomes to delivermeaningful, measurable and sustainable NTS programs for their communities.

GOALS:

• Ensure 100% compliance that all NTS chapter program goals are formatted to the “SMART ELEMENTS“Model by January 2012.

• Support program sustainability by ensuring the engagement of community partners in collaboration around   the design implementation and delivery of programs by January 2012.

• Solicit fifteen (15) % of EA Chapters to design and implement programs that will decrease unemployment utilizing the “EA Umbrella Unemployment Ready Kit” resulting in the employment of five persons by April 1, 2013.
