International Trends and Services

While focusing on unemployment/underemployment in the young adult African American community, over the next two years we will continue to seek ways to align National’s cascading SMART goals for the International Trends and Services facet with the kinds of targeted planning, preparation and implementation most conducive to responding to career opportunities and success in the culturally diverse global community.  As best as possible continuity will be sought so as not to disrupt successful chapter programs, but rather, and where applicable, to strengthen each program’s effectiveness in order to further buttress the Links, Inc. brand.  By April 30, 2012, we will:

  • Implement the common language of the Service Delivery Model to plan, execute or assess chapter programs for sustainability
  • Monitor programs via bi-monthly Con Calls
  • Encourage collaboration where appropriate
  • Provide resources to better promote the Links brand
