Create a unique blueprint using nationally accepted protocol best practices for delivering on the promise of respect and affection as we implement the Protocol policies, procedures and practices of The Links, Incorporated. The Eastern Area Protocol vision will embody a warm and sophisticated adaptation of the  stated General Protocol for The Links, Incorporated. All tradition, observances, rituals and ceremonies of The Links, Incorporated will be executed in the proper manner and I am committed to that execution at the Eastern Area and chapter level.

Goals:

• Ensure that 100 % of Eastern Area Protocol chairs are compliant with Protocol policies and procedures by April 30, 2013.
• Ensure that all Protocol procedures in the Protocol Manual are followed during the 2013 Eastern Area conference.
• Ensure that all Eastern Area Protocol Chairs are familiar with the required procedures surrounding the extending of a chapter visit invitation to the Eastern Area Director and Vice Director by December 2011.
