Vision – To perform the duties of Treasurer in a timely and professional manner that demonstrates outstanding financial stewardship of Area funds.

Goals – Implementation and utilization of online accounting software (Quick Books Online)

Allows for access to real time financial information (tracking of revenues andexpenses; facilitates communications regarding area financial data)

Conduct quarterly conference calls with Chapter Treasurers

Calls will be held November, 2011; February, 2012 and May, 2012

Ensure timely reimbursement of funds to vendors and Links (2 weeks from submission ofappropriate paperwork)
