Awards, Courtesies and Rituals

The awards, courtesies and rituals committee seeks to ensure that:
• All Eastern Area Links will be recognized for their membership and service on a bi-annual basis at the Eastern Area conference starting in 2013
• All courtesies are extended to sisters during all EA sponsored events and during times of bereavement
• All chapters will be asked to foster greater internal consistency in policies and practices to foster awareness, understanding and utilization of correct rituals procedures

Goals
1. Develop award criteria for all “new” awards and disseminate to chapters in a timely fashion.
2. Establish guidelines for courtesies to be extended to sisters that are consistent.
3. Develop a communications plan, workshop and/or webinar to ensure all chapters are familiar with our rituals and proper protocol required during ritual ceremonies.
